MTNL has recently released a new Friends & Family Plan for its landline customers in Delhi circle. The new landline Friends & Family Plan is aimed to reduce the number of disconnection in the landline segment. Under this new plan, subscriber can add five mobile or landline numbers to MTNL Friends & Family list, which allow subscribers to reduce the call rates to Rs. 0.10 per minute as well as the monthly rental which has been fixed is nominal, Rs. 50/-. This new plan can be applicable to customers of all plans.
The new Friends & Family plan can be added or modified, Rs. 10/- will be charged for every addition or modification beyond five. The Friends & Family plan from MTNL subscribed through IVR or by request to customer care at 1503(Webs map). MTNL’s Friends & Family plan has been released from 7th July, 2011 and it’ll valid up to 90 days on promotional basis.
